Transportation Department-Student Conduct
It shall be the policy of the Board of Education to ensure the safety of all students while they are being transported by the School District of River Falls.
Students shall conduct themselves while on the bus in a manner consistent with established behavior standards. Misbehavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Building principals shall annually inform students and their parents or guardians of student bus conduct requirements.
A student who has engaged in conduct which has endangered the property, health, or safety of others while being transported by the district may have his/her bus riding privileges suspended. This can be done without suspending the offending student from school.
When suspension of a student's bus riding privileges is being considered, the student shall be afforded due process in accordance with established procedures.
