General Admission Information


  • We will hold a lottery if the number of applicants exceeds the number of available spots in a grade level.

  • The application consists of calling, emailing, or stopping by our school office. In your correspondence you need to include:

    • the child’s name

    • grade he/she is entering for the upcoming school year.

    • if you are in the River Falls school district

    • parent/guardians’ names

    • a phone number

    • an email address

  • Applications are accepted at the beginning of each school year for the upcoming school year (i.e We will accept applications for the 2016-17 school year on the first day of the 2015-16 school year).

  • In-district applications must be in by the first Monday of February.

  • In-district applicants will be notified about acceptance by the first Monday in March

  • Out-of district applications are due the last day the Wisconsin state open enrollment application window closes.

  • Out-of-district applicants will be notified about acceptance by the second week of June.

  • Any child not accepted will be placed on a waiting list.

  • If a child is accepted, all future school aged siblings will be guaranteed a seat at the school up until 1st grade. So, if the child is not enrolled by first grade, the guaranteed spot is forfeited.

  • It is the responsibility of each parent to familiarize themselves with the admission policy, including deadlines.
