School District of River Falls

The School District of River Falls Health Service Department ensures the health and safety of all students. If your child will need any medication administered at school, or has a condition that requires an Emergency/Action Plan, please visit Health Forms and Documents.

The District Nurse's office is located at the District Office building. Feel free to contact the District Nurse at 715-425-1800 x1108 with any questions or concerns. All health room staff are trained in First Aid and CPR/AED skills. They work under the direction and supervision of the RN.
