School Social Work

School social workers are trained mental health professionals who provide a link between the home, school, and community. They provide resources and services to students, families and school systems that promote and support students’ academic and social success. Our team strives to help reduce barriers to learning, especially those that stem from outside the school building, so our students can be physically, mentally, and emotionally present and ready to learn in the classroom.
