Steps to Planning a School Forest Field Trip:

1. Select a preferred date and back-up date (Confirm these with your building principal or supervisor)
2. Submit the Field Trip Transportation Request Form  
3. Complete the School Forest Field Trip Request Google Form 

After completing the above steps, a School Forest Committee Member will reach out to confirm and assist with planning the rest of your school forest field trip.
