Before you begin, you will need:
- Household information - address and phone numbers
- Parent information - work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
- Student information - demographic, health/medication/immunization information, and birth certificate
- Proof of residency - utility bills, housing documents (mortgage statement, lease agreement, house purchase agreement, closing statement), government correspondence, bank statements
- Emergency contacts - addresses and phone numbers
- An Infinite Campus User Account - You will need to set up an Infinite Campus parent portal to register. Current students/families who do not have an IC portal set up will need a code and should contact their child's school secretary.

New Families
- New families (2025-26): 2026-27 registration will open March 2, 2026
- RF4C Families who have no other children in the district
- Families new to the district (this includes Kindergarten students who were not in RF4C the previous year)
Existing Families
- Existing Families: 2026-27 registration will open March 2
- RFSD Annual Student Update
- Kindergarten registration (for students who were in RF4C the previous year)
- Existing families with students already in the district
