ENROLLMENT STEPS

Children who will be four years of age on or before September 1, 2025 are eligible for the RF4C 4K program.

New! Online enrollment for 2025!

RF4C enrollment will open on March 1, 2025. Information will be added soon regarding enrollment details, including a registration link and required documents.
