Ever heard of Pitch Perfect? We’re like that!!

Unstrumental is RFHS’s a cappella ensemble, comprised of 2 different groups based on voicing and experience. Our ensembles perform at a cappella events with other high school collegiate a cappella groups. We have heavily student led, so there are lots of opportunities for student leadership. This year, our SATB and SSA groups will be competing in the ICHSA’s - The International 

Championship of High School A Cappella!

Art Club is a fun group that meets once a month during WIN on Fridays. Please email Ms. Gregory if you’d like to be “invited” on the Art Club google classroom page. We partake in a combination of craft and fine art activities using a wide variety of materials to enhance our hand/eye coordination and overall appreciation for the arts. This is a great creative outlet for those needing a break and love art.

Our meetings/gatherings have been moved to the English pods during Late Start on Wednesdays. There are two parts to book club and you can chose to participate in both or just one.

Book Club 

We will choose 6 books to read for the year as a club. We choose which books we want to read together and then meet to discuss the book. If you came to the meeting, you get to keep the book (if enough copies)!  

Popcorn and Pages

At least one per month. Share what you are currently reading, give or get book recommendations and of course you get popcorn! 

You can join Book Club at anytime ! Popcorn and Pages you do not need to be a member to attend, just “pop” on in!

Our Philosophy 

We believe in building positive relationships through collaboration, respect, trust, and acceptance when we take time to learn from one another. This club is focused on the idea that EVERYONE  can make a difference. 

We meet 2-3x a month to attend social activities with peers with special needs during and outside the school day. Students are expected to attend one school sponsored event a month.

Chess Club meets every Wednesday in room C209 from 3:00 to 4:15. No experience is necessary to participate in Chess Club

Students in chess club play traditional chess as well as chess variations including atomic chess, anti-chess, and hands and brains.
